Returns and refunds

If you have changed your mind about keeping your TASC online purchase, we offer a limited-period ‘no quibble’ returns policy, so you can buy safe in the knowledge that you can return your goods for a refund, should you wish to do so.

The period within which you can return your items is as follows:

  • TASC online products 28 days
  • Third party products please refer to their returns policy which will be listed below.


How do I return an item?

If you have ordered any products from TASC own range we will be happy to refund your cost. Please ensure that the item/s is sent back in its original packaging within 28 days of purchase to the address below.

If you are unsure whether or not your order qualifies for a refund, or you have lost your receipt please contact us on the below and we will be happy to help:

Please provide us with details of your order to allow us to identify your purchase. We are unable to refund or exchange items that do not reach us, so you may wish to purchase additional proof of postage services.

For all TASC orders (subject to the exceptions below) please return products by packing it securely (in the original packaging where possible) with a copy of your receipt to:
